This service allows automatic caption creation, editing, and exporting for videos.
Captions can be generated in one of the six selected languages: Mongolian, Russian, Japanese, Korean, English, or Chinese. Other translations are not covered by this service.
Users must use correct language and legally compliant content to generate captions. Video content must comply with copyright, privacy, and other applicable laws.
Users are responsible for reviewing captions and making necessary corrections.
To use the website, users must have an account via 'Todu', Google, Apple, or other email. If registered via 'Todu', users create their own passwords and are responsible for securing all sent and received information. Users are fully responsible for any loss or misuse of their accounts.
The service provider will ensure the system website operates 24/7 daily.
The service provider may suspend service due to external factors and will notify users in advance. If the website cannot operate as scheduled, users will be informed via the website.
The accuracy of speech-to-text processing depends on the quality of the uploaded audio. Poor microphones, background noise, accents, or overlapping speech may reduce accuracy. Users are advised to upload high-quality audio.
The service provider is not liable for any damages arising from video content, caption errors, or content loss.
Uploading low-quality or corrupted files is prohibited. Chimege Systems reserves the right to refuse processing such files.
The service provider must allow users to download captions along with videos in high quality.
All updates to the system will be announced on the website.
The system retains users’ last three months of videos; earlier videos are deleted and cannot be recovered unless saved by the user.
Content that infringes copyrights, is illegal, unethical, defamatory, or incites hatred/violence is prohibited.
The service provider may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payment information will be posted on the website.
This system operates on a prepaid service model.
Users purchase products from the website’s pricing menu; prices include VAT.
Users can renew service by paying via the website when the service period ends.
Apple subscriptions automatically renew monthly; the provider cannot refund payments if the subscription is not canceled by the user.
Users will be informed of any price changes via the website.
Chimege Systems prioritizes user privacy and security.
Personal data is strictly protected and used only for service delivery.
User data will not be shared with third parties without consent and complies with relevant Mongolian laws.
Uploaded videos remain the user’s property and are used only for caption generation.
